Use the password holotape to access safety deposit box 1207 at the ... Bank.
1 of 7: Fast-travel to the House of Wares, then follow the quest arrow around to the bank's entry door.
2 of 7: Inside, rob the wall safes if you want to, then go through the cell door that leads into the safety depository.
3 of 7: Find box 1207, and try to open it.
4 of 7: Remember what the holotape said.
5 of 7: It told you the password, but it also promised that it won't work for you because the box is keyed to the spies' voices.
6 of 7: Fortunately, that includes the voice on the holotape.
7 of 7: Play it again while standing next to box 1207 to open it.
