Search for clues about the fate of Agent Yang.
1 of 5: Exit the bank and follow your quest arrow a short way south.
2 of 5: You'll find a wanted poster on a wall that you can read. (Note that you can find the same poster inside the bank next to the exit door.)
3 of 5: It'll direct you east to the Recruitment Station, so go there next.
4 of 5: Find the DIA Officer's Terminal in the back office and use it. (And grab the mini nuke that's next to it while you're there.)
