Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Investigate Agent Yang's fate at the Turtledove Detention Camp.
1 of 5: The camp you seek is way up north, at location 22 on the World Map.
2 of 5: After dealing with the ghouls and robots in the camp's exterior area, find the Administration building on the west side.
3 of 5: Don't enter it, but instead find the cellar doors next to it that lead to the morgue.
4 of 5: Check the remains lockers along the west side of the main room.
5 of 5: The bottom left one has Yang's remains in it, so activate it and choose to remove the self-destruct codes.
