Activate the Chinese submarine self-destruct protocol.
1 of 5: Exit the morgue and fast-travel as close as you can to the submarine site. If you've discovered the lighthouse, it'll be your best choice.
2 of 5: Swim out toward where your quest arrow marks the submarine, looking for a rusty half-sunken boat.
3 of 5: When you reach it, dive down and look for the sub just a short distance to the north.
4 of 5: Enter the sub through its hatch, then go NW to find the Submarine Operations Terminal.
5 of 5: Use it and choose to initiate the self-destruct.
