1 of 4: Go to the east end of the large nearby generator.
2 of 4: That's its low end, and is easy to jump onto.
3 of 4: Hop on up the generator until you come to a board ramp.
4 of 4: Use it to cross the fence and get onto a machine, then drop down to the ground.
