How can I get the lighthouse mechanism working again?
1 of 7: By installing replacement bulbs.
2 of 7: Check the nearby table to find a holotape note about a shipment of replacement bulbs.
3 of 7: It refers to a truck wreck near the cathedral (which is location 24 on the World Map), so go look around it.
4 of 7: A ways to the NW, you'll find the Truck Wreckage site (location 23).
5 of 7: Look in the back of the truck to find that most of the lighthouse bulbs were broken in the accident, but one survived.
6 of 7: Pick it up, then return to the top of the lighthouse.
7 of 7: Activate the mechanism to place the new bulb, then flip the nearby beacon switch to get the mechanism going.
