Enter the Hole.
1 of 4: Search around Faydra's room for a couple of rad-x items and a locker with some cheap weapons in it.
2 of 4: When you're ready to fight, go over to the large rusty gate that's in the SW corner of Faydra's room.
3 of 4: Use a rad-x item and equip any anti-radiation gear you have (like the filtration helmet), then use the gate to enter the hole.
4 of 4: NOTE: You'll get this objective again after your first and second fights.
