Find the cure in Ashur's palace.
1 of 5: After Ashur runs off, look around his office to see that there are north and south doors leading to back rooms.
2 of 5: The south door leads to a bedroom with a turret control terminal, a safe, and a 10mm pistol on the table to the right of the bed.
3 of 5: You don't have to do anything in this room, but you might want to grab the pistol and unlock the safe. It contains a couple of stealth boys and four audio diary entries that you can listen to in order to learn more about the cure.
4 of 5: Past the north door is a lab with a woman named Sandra in it, plus a crib with a baby girl in it.
5 of 5: Talk to Sandra to learn that baby Marie is the cure you've been sent to "collect."
