Install the Cogwave Jammer ... OR use the Trash Compactor to destroy it.
1 of 4: You now have an important decision to make that will affect the rest of the quest series. Do you want to side with Desmond or the brain?
2 of 4: TIP: Before you decide, return to Calvert Mansion and talk to Desmond. If you can pass a Speech Challenge, you'll be able to extort 250 caps from him.
3 of 4: If you decide to go with the brain, find the dumpster-like trash compactor just south of the ramp that leads up to the ferris wheel. Activate the compactor, then choose to throw the cogwave jammer into it.
4 of 4: Otherwise, go up the ramps that lead to the ferris wheel and approach its lowest car. Activate it, then choose to install the cogwave jammer on it.
