Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Bring the baby to Midea.
1 of 8: After you take the baby, blow Sandra away in V.A.T.S. mode with a combat shotgun (or whatever), then make your way back to the Uptown area, fighting raiders as you go.
2 of 8: In the Uptown area, slaves will help you attack the raiders, but it would really have helped if you'd used the mesmetron to frenzy-kill a bunch of the raiders earlier. (If you didn't, be sure to find and loot them all after they're killed by you or the slaves.)
3 of 8: Go past the big, freaky statue and up the ramp that leads onto the container truck.
4 of 8: Go up to the top of those ramps, then go around to the shooting range and down the ramps near it.
5 of 8: At the walkway path split, head south to reach the big room with the door that leads to the Downtown area that's near Midea's quarters.
6 of 8: Go down the stairs, then enter Midea's quarters and talk to her to learn where Wernher is hiding out.
7 of 8: NOTE: You might have run into her earlier, while on your way to her quarters. Also, she might have gotten killed at some point, in which case you'll have to visit her quarters and read a note she left.
8 of 8: TIP: Any raiders who've seen you will probably follow you into Midea's quarters, so go in there during combat if you'd prefer to have a close-quarters conflict with them rather than trying to snipe at or chase them all down.
