Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Travel to the Lighthouse.
1 of 2: Before you go to the lighthouse, go straight south into the mansion's rubble to find the hatch that leads to the panic room. It's full of good loot, including a Nuka-Cola Quantum.
2 of 2: When you're done there, fast-travel to the lighthouse (or run there if you haven't discovered it yet) and enter it.
