New Encounter Summary

  • 1 of 7: You can go to the Warrington Station (Zone 7/12) to find a water caravan waiting nearby. As you approach it, it'll start moving down the road. If you follow it for a bit, it'll get ambushed by raiders. You can help defeat them, but there's no special reward for doing so.
  • 2 of 7: Another raider ambush can happen on the eastern of the two large bridges that are a bit north of Big Town.
  • 3 of 7: A caravan guarded by Paladin Jensen is captured by Talon Company mercs and taken to their HQ at Fort Bannister (Zone 4/12). Note that this can only happen if Commander Jabsco, the Talon Company leader, is still alive.
  • 4 of 7: On the tracks a ways east of Evergreen Mills (Zone 7/4) is a "FREE WATER" sign next to several empty aqua pura crates. When you approach, a bomb on a dead wastelander next to the crates will activate. Either disable it or back away, then watch out for several nearby raiders to run to the attack. (Note that the wastelander may be alive when you get there. If so, try to disarm him anyway.)
  • 5 of 7: A bit south of the Arlington Library (Zone 9/20), there's a lone aqua pura barrel in the middle of a street. When you approach it, several Talon Company mercs will ambush you from both ends of the street.
  • 6 of 7: At the Jury Street Metro Station (Zone 5/13), a new store named Hank's Electrical Supply has been opened up by raiders. It's just west of the entrance to the Jury St. Station area. After killing off the outdoor raiders who are defending it, head inside to find more raiders and some misc. items, plus a new work bench. (Note that there's a ladder in the NE corner of the store that leads up to its roof.)
  • 7 of 7: On the street just south of Andale (Zone 8/10), you'll find a small Brotherhood outcast patrol. If you follow them along, you can watch them shoot down several Enclave soldiers who approach them and attempt to surrender peacefully. After they're dead, head on down the road to find their outpost next to some buildings. Check their fortifications for supply crates, then look among the buildings for more hostile soldiers to shoot down.
