Nuka-Grenade Note
1 of 4: There's a nuka-grenade in a small wooden crate under a desk on the highest floor you can get to.
2 of 4: From the top of the large rubble ramp that's near where you entered the area, turn SW to see some rubble that you can use to hop up to the next floor.
3 of 4: Turn right at the top of the rubble and make your way carefully along the narrow broken-floor ledges.
4 of 4: After you're past those, go forward to the nearest desk and look under it for the nuka-grenade.
