Cell Notes
1 of 4: You can deactivate a cell's force field by using the interactive release mechanism that's to the right of it.
2 of 4: One of the cells has a dead Enclave officer in it, and the other one has a live Rivet City security guard in it.
3 of 4: You could just loot the Enclave officer and wear his outfit, but you'd have a much higher AC with the security guard's outfit.
4 of 4: Try to sneak-attack the guard, then quickly finish her off so you can take and wear her armor. (Too bad she doesn't have any weapons.)
