1 of 5: As Sally says, you need to shut off the coolant to the large machine that's at the south end of the cell block.
2 of 5: Go up to it and use its interactive control, then wait for the large center piece to rise up.
3 of 5: Three core coolant switches have also risen up on the three little pedestals.
4 of 5: Go around and use each one, then run for the north end of the cell block.
5 of 5: After the device blows and the force fields lower, enter Sally's cell and talk to her.
