How can I fully restore these guys so they can help us?
1 of 6: Wait until Elliot talks to you.
2 of 6: Ask how long they can last if Elliot revives them, then say you've decided what to do.
3 of 6: Choose to have Elliot revive them and let them fight with you.
4 of 6: After the conversation is over, go stand next to the switch that's on the console in front of the stasis tubes.
5 of 6: Wait until Elliot says "open the tubes," then use the switch.
6 of 6: The two soldiers will be released, and they'll join you as fellow combatants for the area ahead.
