Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints

How can I drop the force field?

  • 1 of 7: You'll have to get up onto the balcony that you shot an alien down on and use a control button.
  • 2 of 7: Go through the doorway that's not force-fielded, then look on the right for a locked door.
  • 3 of 7: Go west from that door, then turn right and move on, watching for aliens as you go.
  • 4 of 7: Note that some may try to sneak up behind you. The drone you (hopefully) got from the locked room will be a big help in dealing with them.
  • 5 of 7: Keep going until you reach a path split, then turn left to reach the balcony you're going for.
  • 6 of 7: Use the healing archway if you want, then use the control that's a bit to the right of it.
  • 7 of 7: Or just skip the control, since the nearby stairs lead down to the room that's past the force-fielded doorway.
