Sniper Tips
1 of 4: You can either try to shoot him down long-distance (like with a sneaky head shot from a scoped weapon), or get onto his perch for some close combat.
2 of 4: To get up there, use a car to jump over the right-side railing, then go up the big ramp and along until you reach the sniper nest.
3 of 4: If you have the Chinese stealth armor, you can wear it and sneak up on the sniper without him detecting you until you're close. (You'll have to start by sneak-hopping onto the radioactive barrel that's closest to the railing so you can jump onto it without uncrouching.)
4 of 4: After killing the sniper, loot his body and his supply area, then go back down to the lowest ramp and hop onto the bridge from it.
