Pre-War Books
1 of 3: All three pre-war books can be found in the secret underground lab while doing the "A Meeting Of The Minds" quest.
2 of 3: They're in the first side room on the right past the room with a switch-opened door and two ceiling turrets.
3 of 3: NOTE: There's another pre-war book on the desk in Marcella's tent at the Disaster Relief Outpost (location 10 on the World Map), but it's not the kind that Scribe Yearling will buy. (You can tell because it has a value of 5 instead of 1.)
