How does the glitch work?
1 of 4: Enter the store and talk to Haley.
2 of 4: Check to see how high he'll repair things (by pointing at something on the list that he can't repair), then exit the store.
3 of 4: Go over to the Nuka-Cola vending machine and look at it, then reenter the store and talk to Haley again.
4 of 4: Oddly enough, his repair percentage should have gone up by a small amount. If you keep this up, you can get him up to 65%.
