Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Level 26 Perks
* Nerves of Steel: This perk is supposed to make your action points regenerate much faster, but it actually only increases the regen rate by a super-tiny amount. You'll probably want to use the G.E.C.K. construction set program to fix this problem, after which this perk will be very useful to V.A.T.S. fighters.
* Rad Tolerance: The only thing this perk does is prevent you from suffering any ill effects if you have minor rad poisoning (rad count of 200 to 399). It isn't useful due to the plentiful radaway items and the "my first infirmary" item that you can buy for your house.
* Warmonger: This perk allows you to build any type of custom weapon (at the highest quality/quantity) without having to go around collecting their schematics. You should instead just collect the schematics and use your perk slots for more useful things, especially since you won't want to wait until you're level 26 to start making your favorite custom weapons.
