Level 28 Perks
* Party Boy / Party Girl: This perk will eliminate any withdrawal effects from using alcohol, like beer and wine. This can be useful if you frequently use alcoholic drinks for temporary Strength increases, but even then it's easy enough to get the withdrawal symptoms cured for free by using the "my first laboratory" item that you can buy for your house.
* Rad Absorption: Having this perk will slowly decrease your number of rads over time. As with Rad Tolerance, this isn't useful due to the plentiful radaway items and the "my first infirmary" item that you can buy for your house.
