Meet Jonas on the Reactor Level.
1 of 5: On your way out, you'll meet Beatrice, who'll give you a birthday poem. To read it, go to your Pip-Boy's Data/Notes section and click on "A Birthday Poem." (Use the scrollbar to the right of the poem to see it all.)
2 of 5: Leave through the open door that your father is standing next to, then turn right.
3 of 5: Skip by the locked-tight clinic, and go down to where there's a "REACTOR" sign pointing to the right. (If you go up the stairs to the upper level, you'll just find another locked door.)
4 of 5: After you go down two sets of stairs, go over to where Jonas is to get him to talk to you.
5 of 5: Your father will then show up and give you a BB gun.
