Bathroom Area Notes
1 of 3: There are a couple of sinks that are much healthier to drink out of than the toilets, though you will still get some radiation from them.
2 of 3: On one of those two sinks is a box with two med-x items and a mentats item in it.
3 of 3: To make those items easier to pick up, you could use Grab mode to pick up and shake the box, then toss it aside.
