1 of 4: You can search both floors to find lots of tin cans, but most of them will be bent (and therefore unusable in making nuka-grenades).
2 of 4: On the upper floor, check the shelf inside the ticket booth to find a 10mm pistol and ammo plus a buffout bottle.
3 of 4: In the raiders' living area on the north side of the upper floor, check the tables for several items, including buffout, beer, jet (2), med-x, rad-x, mentats, squirrel stew, a paint gun, and an Unarmed skill book called "Pugilism Illustrated."
4 of 4: Look in the living area's NW corner for a Nuka-Cola vending machine and a garbage can to search.
