Fallout 3 Hints

East Area

  • 1 of 8: On the upper floor, go through the turnstiles to the right of the ticket booth, then go down the big ramp to reach the east area.
  • 2 of 8: In the big hallway are two garbage cans and a Nuka-Cola vending machine to raid, plus the exit to Seward Sq. Southeast.
  • 3 of 8: There's also a side area to raid. Start by going through the door in the middle of the hallway's south wall.
  • 4 of 8: Look on the right past the door for several metal boxes among some collapsed shelves, then on the left a bit farther down for a desk and filing cabinet to raid.
  • 5 of 8: Near that is a metro protectron in a case. You can release it by hacking into the terminal to the right of the case and running the ticket check routine, then either ignore it or kill it for XP and energy cells.
  • 6 of 8: Past the door near the protectron case is a room with lots of containers to search, including lockers, metal boxes on shelves, a first aid box on the wall, a refrigerator, a garbage can, filing cabinets, and a desk.
  • 7 of 8: Search the hallways east of that room to find a raider, some filing cabinets to search, and several rooms.
  • 8 of 8: Along the east side of the area are two small bathrooms with sinks you can drink from, and in the center of the area are two office rooms and a break room with many containers to search (mainly desks and filing cabinets).
