Fallout 3 Hints
North Area
1 of 10: From the lower floor, go down the left-side north tunnel, watching for raiders and tin cans.
2 of 10: Pass by the doorway on the left when you come to it, and keep going to find a raider living area at the end of the tunnel.
3 of 10: After killing off the raiders, search the area to find several mattresses you can sleep on, a shelf with an ammo box, a table with an assault rifle and ammo clip, another shelf with a sledgehammer and a footlocker on it, and a metal box near one of the mattresses.
4 of 10: Go back the way you came until you get back to the side doorway (now on your right), then go through it to find a large recreation room complete with pool table.
5 of 10: Look on the pool table to find a couple of pool cues that you can use as cheap melee weapons, then search the three tables in the room to find a cherry bomb, three whiskey bottles, a pack of darts, and a Melee Weapons skill book called "Grognak the Barbarian."
6 of 10: There are also some beds you can sleep in. Look between them to find a searchable suitcase, plus a medical brace hiding inside a large open-topped container.
7 of 10: Go to the SW corner of the room and look on the wall for an electrical switch that you can use to open the large trap doors to the right.
8 of 10: NOTE: If you entered this area from the Metro Central area, you'll end up on the other side of these trap doors, and will have to use an electrical switch that's on the wall near the bottom of the stairs.
9 of 10: Past the trap doors, watch for a ghoul as you go down the stairs and into a room with some lockers and metal boxes to search. There's also some shotgun ammo on a table, and an ammo box on the floor next to the table.
10 of 10: The door that exits to the Metro Central area is in the room's NW corner.
