Fallout 3 Hints
West Area
1 of 6: On the upper floor, find the west-side ramp that goes up to a hallway.
2 of 6: Go past the turnstiles and on ahead to find a raider fighting some radroaches.
3 of 6: After finishing them all off, raid the nearby Nuka-Cola vending machine and check the floor for tin cans, then check out the two bathrooms.
4 of 6: The "GENTLEMEN" bathroom has a couple of sinks you can drink out of, a bottle of buffout (in one of the drink-sinks), and a wastelander body to search.
5 of 6: The "LADIES" bathroom has four drink-sinks, plus an open-topped wooden crate next to a skeleton that contains jet, buffout, and a Sneak skill book called "Chinese Army: Spec. Ops. Training Manual."
6 of 6: Farther down the hallway, you'll find a couple of garbage cans and an exit that leads to the Mall region next to the Museum of History.
