Fallout 3 Hints
Lower North Area
1 of 6: Go all the way down to the lowest floor in the mezzanine area, then head down the right-hand north tunnel.
2 of 6: At the end of that tunnel, you'll find a dead slave to search. If you take her slave map, the Temple of the Union will be marked on your world map. That'll be helpful if you ever decide to do the "Head of State" misc. quest.
3 of 6: Cross the tracks to find several ghouls, some radioactive barrels, and the entrance to a side passage.
4 of 6: If you're careful, you can enter the side passage without taking any radiation damage from the barrels. (Note that there's a stimpak, 10mm ammo, and flamer fuel on or next to the small ledge to the right of the rightmost radioactive barrel if you want to go for it.)
5 of 6: Past the side passage is a room where a couple of raiders are fighting a couple of ghouls. Finish them off, then check the tables near the room's SW corner to find an assault rifle, two stimpaks, a 10mm pistol, two frag grenades, and three ammo boxes.
6 of 6: The door in the room's NW corner leads to a short passage that ends in a door that'll take you to the Dupont Circle Station metro area.
