1 of 4: If you didn't encounter two super mutants in the hallway, they'll appear soon after you enter this room, so be ready to fight them.
2 of 4: The room has several desks and lockers to search, plus a bunch of filing cabinets.
3 of 4: One of the desks has a large open-topped container on it that has a Speech skill book in it called "Lying, Congressional Style."
