Fallout 3 Hints
East Way
1 of 4: Turn left (east) at the radioactive four-way intersection, and quickly run up some stairs and go through a door.
2 of 4: Kill the two ghouls in the room beyond, then leave it through its NE doorway.
3 of 4: The tunnel past that is filled with gas leaks, so lure any ghouls in it back to a safe area to shoot (or use melee weapons on them).
4 of 4: Skip the tunnel's south branch, which just leads to a radioactive room, and head east to reach the door to the Hubris building.
