1 of 2: After you finish the "Contract radiation sickness (200 rads)" objective, keep standing in the pool and drinking its water until you get up to 600 rads.
2 of 2: You'll know you've done it when you get a message about getting "Crit. Rad Poison." (Also, this objective will appear as completed.)
