The Shocker
1 of 4: This unique power fist has the following advantages over regular power fists: 25 points of extra damage to robots, 11% fewer action points required. It also has the following disadvantage: 20% less health.
2 of 4: It's in the underground Flooded Metro region, which can be entered at location 19 on the Zone 9 Map.
3 of 4: The fist is in the trap-filled supply room in the west half of the metro area.
