Upper Floor Supply Tips
1 of 8: Go to the NW corner of the lower level where the open classroom and small cage are, then go through the doorway left of the cage to find some stairs leading up.
2 of 8: After you go through the doorway past the top of the stairs, go straight forward to enter a small room with a huge wall hole that leads to the library. Check near the wall hole for two metal boxes, then go through the hole.
3 of 8: There's nothing in the main library room except a couple of desks along the south wall to search, so check the small storage room in the NW corner.
4 of 8: On its west shelves, it has buffout, two bottles of dirty water (plus two more on the floor), mentats, two stimpaks, a lunchbox, a leather belt, and several metal boxes. The north shelves have jet and a couple of metal boxes, and the east shelves have buffout and jet in addition to several metal boxes.
5 of 8: In the east wall of the library are two locked doors. If you can't pick the lock, search nearby dead raiders for the key. If you haven't been in the area past these doors yet, expect to find a raider and a guard dog to fight.
6 of 8: The raider has the key to the locked door on the lower level, plus a related mining log. Be sure to get those, then check the hall for a desk with a log-entry terminal, a switchblade, and an Explosives skill book called "Duck and Cover!" on it. Near that are a sleeping mattress and a table with a combat knife on it and three ammo boxes under it.
7 of 8: Go down the stairs at the north end of the hallway and look for a guard dog to kill and some filing cabinets to search, then return to the library and go back out into the hall.
8 of 8: Follow it down to a hallway that's a sort of overlook on the lower floor's entry area. Check all the lockers, the garbage can, and the Nuka-Cola vending machine for items, then jump onto the top of the large cage with the mattress on top of it. Next to the mattress is a Nuka-Cola Quantum bottle.
