What all can I find once I get this door open?

  • 1 of 9: Giant ants, for one thing. These aren't the fire-breathing kind, but they can still be dangerous. As soon as you open the door, let the nearest ones see you, then go into V.A.T.S. mode and blast their heads when they get close.
  • 2 of 9: After all the nearby ants are dead, search them to find ant meat, which is similar to many other irradiated food items.
  • 3 of 9: Look around the room to find a filing cabinet near the door, some lockers along the north wall, and a desk next to the hole that has a toolbox and jet and psycho chems on it.
  • 4 of 9: Have a gun out as you slowly enter the large ant tunnel, ready to repeat the up-close V.A.T.S.-ing of any ants that come near you.
  • 5 of 9: When you come to a split in the tunnel, head left and move on until you reach a large cave.
  • 6 of 9: Look around the perimeter of the cave to find three ant egg clutches that you can get more ant meat from, then enter the side area that has more egg clutches.
  • 7 of 9: It also has a couple of dead bodies with an assault rifle and two ammo clips next to them. You may want to grab those items quickly, and then use the assault rifle on the ants that come pouring into the cave from two different directions. (In any case, quickly retreat to the tunnel that leads into the cave so you can't be surrounded.)
  • 8 of 9: After the ants are all dead, return to the two dead bodies and look on the ground near them for two stimpaks, jet, and a Sneak skill book called "Chinese Army: Spec. Ops. Training Manual." (Note that you may have to move the bodies using Grab mode before you can pick up the skill book.)
  • 9 of 9: Search both bodies for more items, then search all the ant egg clutches and ant refuse piles.
