Simms' House Supply Tips
of 8: NOTE: If Simms' kid Harden is home, don't let him see you steal anything. If you wait a bit, he'll turn hostile, but won't attack you. He'll run away from you then, making it much easier to steal stuff unseen.
of 8: There are some lockers to search next to the front door, plus some more across the room.
of 8: Between the locker sets are two small tables that you can steal some food items from.
of 8: In the kitchen nook, check the shelves for a couple of tin cans, and raid the refrigerator for food items. You can use the sink to regain health, but it'll also give a bit of radiation exposure.
of 8: Upstairs, check the small round table to find a toy car and a medical brace. There's a sledgehammer, some tin cans, and some food items on the shelves, plus more tin cans in the lockers' open spaces.
of 8: Open the two shack doors upstairs to find the two bedrooms, where all the best stuff is.
of 8: The left bedroom has some lockers, a desk, the bobblehead for Strength on the desk, a filing cabinet, and a suitcase.
of 8: The other bedroom has a bottle of whisky on a ledge next to the door, and a hunting rifle on the shelf.
