How can I get them killed without turning the whole town against me?
1 of 6: After agreeing to help Burke, go find Lucas Simms and talk to him.
2 of 6: Tell him about Burke's plan to explode the bomb, then hand over the fusion pulse charge that Burke gave you.
3 of 6: Follow Simms as he runs over to the saloon and goes inside.
4 of 6: After you enter, stand and wait with your weapon out while Simms arrests Burke and gets himself shot in the back.
5 of 6: Quickly attack Burke once, then immediately go into V.A.T.S. mode to finish him off.
6 of 6: You can now get a silenced 10mm pistol from Burke, and a key from Lucas Simms that'll open both his house and the town armory. They're also each wearing attribute-boosting outfits that you might want to keep and use occasionally.
