How can I get this quest?
1 of 6: Go to Grayditch (location 8 on the Zone 9 Map).
2 of 6: Wander around in town or near it until a kid named Bryan Wilks runs up and talks to you. (This can also happen in other nearby areas, such as the Super-Duper Mart at location 1.)
3 of 6: To get more information out of him, pass a Speech Challenge or use a Strength-related option if you get it.
4 of 6: Ask him about everything you can, then say that you'll try to find his father.
5 of 6: You can then try to pass a tough Speech Challenge to get the key to a locked dumpster that has supplies in it. (If you have the Child at Heart perk, you can get the key without passing the challenge.)
6 of 6: Whether you get the dumpster key or not, you will get this quest.
