Report to Lucas Simms' son, Harden, in Megaton.
1 of 3: You get this objective if you disarm the bomb and Lucas Simms is dead.
2 of 3: If Harden isn't in the Simms house at the north end of town, try locating him by using the quest arrow(s) shown on the local area map.
3 of 3: When you find him, he'll talk to you and give you the reward that you and his father agreed on earlier, plus the key and deed to the empty house that's in the NE part of town.
