1 of 4: This bobblehead is hidden near the WKML Broadcast Station (location 9 on the Zone 1 Map).
2 of 4: Once you arrive at the station, look around for a small, round drainage grate.
3 of 4: It's directly south of the station building, below a large rocky outcropping.
4 of 4: Use the grate to enter the Sealed Cistern area, then look for the bobblehead along with several useful supplies next to the ham radio setup.
