Report to Lucas Simms in Megaton.
1 of 3: You get this objective if you disarm the bomb and Lucas Simms is still alive.
2 of 3: Find him wandering around in his usual place near the town exit, or follow the quest arrow(s) shown on the local area map if he's not there.
3 of 3: When you find him, he'll talk to you and give you the reward that you and he agreed on earlier, plus the key and deed to the empty house that's in the NE part of town.
