Fallout 3 Hints
Report to Mister Burke in Tenpenny Tower.
1 of 7: You get this objective if you rig the bomb to explode.
2 of 7: If you do this, it's best to put off reporting to Burke for a long time. At least do the Megaton Tour and steal the place blind first, and maybe finish the "Blood Ties" and "The Wasteland Survival Guide" misc. quests, too.
3 of 7: When you're ready to roast Megaton, head over to Tenpenny Tower (location 13 on the Zone 7 Map).
4 of 7: Go around to the tower's south side, where you'll find a ghoul named Roy Phillips talking to someone on the security intercom. (Note that Phillips is involved in the "Tenpenny Tower" misc. quest.)
5 of 7: After Phillips gives up and walks away, use the security intercom and say that you're here to see Mr. Burke. That'll get the front gate opened right away.
6 of 7: Go inside and get the above-mentioned misc. quest if you want to, then go find Burke.
