Quest Notes

  • 1 of 10: This is a wide-open quest, and you can switch sides at practically any point, so it can be a bit confusing. Following are some tips on how to get the most out of this quest.
  • 2 of 10: To start with, visit the Lincoln Memorial and agree to get Lincoln artifacts for Leroy Walker. (But don't tell him the location of the Temple of the Union if you know it.)
  • 3 of 10: Go to the Museum of History and get all nine of the Lincoln artifacts from it.
  • 4 of 10: Return to Walker and sell him every artifact except for the repeater rifle.
  • 5 of 10: Kill him and take the memorial poster back from his body, then kill off all of the outdoor slavers.
  • 6 of 10: Loot the dead super mutants near the memorial, then travel to the Temple of the Union.
  • 7 of 10: Get inside and speak to Hannibal Hamlin, and tell him about the super mutants and slavers at the memorial being dead.
  • 8 of 10: Give the memorial poster to Caleb Smith, then report to Hamlin to get him to start his people on the long journey to the memorial.
  • 9 of 10: Also, sell Lincoln's repeater rifle to Hamlin if you don't want to keep it.
  • 10 of 10: Sometime later, go to the memorial and talk to Hamlin to get the dart gun schematic from him.
