Quantum Quantity Tip
1 of 2: Sierra only pays 40 caps per quantum for the 30 that she wants for this quest, but she'll pay 50 caps per quantum afterwards.
2 of 2: So if you have more than 30 quantums, drop all but 30 before you talk to Sierra, then pick up the ones you dropped and sell them to her afterward (unless you want to keep them for some other purpose).
