What items are important?
1 of 5: Check out your father's desk.
2 of 5: You can view some records on his medical computer, but there's nothing to take from it.
3 of 5: On the other side of the desk is a bobblehead thing that will permanently increase your Medicine skill by 10 when you pick it up.
4 of 5: In the next room, check the instrument tray next to the examining table to find a stimpak.
5 of 5: There are several other items lying about, most of which have some value, but they'll all disappear from your inventory before you can sell them.
