  • 1 of 4: This unique hat has the following properties: damage resistance +1, Charisma +1.
  • 2 of 4: It can be found inside the slaver town of Paradise Falls.
  • 3 of 4: Enter Eulogy's pad along the east side of the main Paradise Falls area, then look for the hat in the main ground-floor room.
  • 4 of 4: It's on the table next to the big projector.
