Raider Combat Tips

  • 1 of 10: From where you enter the store, move forward into the big doorway.
  • 2 of 10: Get the attention of the two raiders in the main store area, then take cover to the left of the doorway.
  • 3 of 10: When one of them runs through the doorway after you, immediately go into V.A.T.S. mode and target his head as many times as you can.
  • 4 of 10: After he's down, do the same for the second one.
  • 5 of 10: Go through the big doorway and turn right, then run around the edge of the store until you reach the back.
  • 6 of 10: Go into Sneak mode, then slowly make your way along the back wall until you come to a counter on your right.
  • 7 of 10: Sneak to where you can shoot the raider who's behind the counter, and take him down fast with head shots. If he runs out of sight before you can do this, watch for him to come back into view near the open blue door you see ahead.
  • 8 of 10: See if any more raiders will come out through that door. If not, strafe left while facing the door to see if you can shoot any in the area past it.
  • 9 of 10: Quicksave before you sneak up to the door, since the raiders can overwhelm you if they all detect you and attack at once. This is especially true since one of them has an assault rifle.
  • 10 of 10: After all the ones in the back are dead, check the bathrooms on the south side of the store to see if there are any hiding in there.
