(Optional) Retrieve complete library archives.
1 of 12: There's an option for accessing the library archives on the check-in terminal, but it won't work. You'll need to go find the central computer.
2 of 12: Go through the doorway that's directly west of the front desk, then turn left and go down the hallway to a big room where some Brotherhood members are shooting down raiders.
3 of 12: Go through the doorway in the back right (NW) corner of that room's lower floor, then turn left to find the door to the Library Media Archive area.
4 of 12: Go up the stairs past the door to reach a doorway with a bunch of baseballs on the floor near it. Move into the doorway slowly to get a ball-firing machine off to the left to start firing balls, then get ready to fight the raiders that come running.
5 of 12: Past the ball-firing machine, go through a doorway and up some stairs to reach a hallway with some frag mines set just to the left. Go into Sneak mode and deactivate (and take) each one.
6 of 12: Past them, a Brotherhood guy will start fighting some raiders. Help him shoot them if you want to, then go through the door that he entered the hallway through.
7 of 12: Find the room with the rubble ramp that leads up to a higher floor. After going up the ramp, go through the nearby doorway, then through the door that's straight ahead.
8 of 12: Approach the huge hole in the wall past that door cautiously, since there's a ceiling turret in the room past it. Either shoot it out, or hack the terminal on the desk to the left of the wall hole and deactivate it from there.
9 of 12: Go through the doorway to the right of the ceiling turret, then approach the next doorway cautiously. There are three raiders in the room past it, one of which has a missile launcher.
10 of 12: As usual, it's best to sneak-shoot one of them, then hide around the corner and wait for them to run up to you so you can deal out some point-blank head shots in V.A.T.S. mode.
11 of 12: Move around the perimeter of their room until you find the opening in the barbed-wire fencing, then go through it and locate the Arlington Public Library Public Terminal on a desk.
12 of 12: Use its "Transfer Library Archives" option to complete this objective.
