How can I get this quest?
1 of 4: Go to the town of Megaton (location 3 on the Zone 8 Map).
2 of 4: Once you get inside, go visit Moriarty's Saloon at the south end of town.
3 of 4: When you enter the saloon, turn right to find Lucy West seated at a nearby table. (If she isn't there, try her house along the east side of town.)
4 of 4: Talk to her and agree to deliver a message to her family in Arefu to get this quest.
