How can I get this quest?
1 of 5: Go to the town of Megaton (location 3 on the Zone 8 Map).
2 of 5: Once you get inside, find Lucas Simms.
3 of 5: He'll probably be wandering around on the steep slope that's just south of the town's entry gate.
4 of 5: Ask him about the big bomb that's sitting in the middle of town.
5 of 5: Agree to try to disarm it for him, then see if you can pass the Speech Challenge that'll get you 500 caps instead of 100. (Or refuse any reward if you'd rather have karma points than caps.) In any case, you'll get the quest.
